Our journey begins in Lijiang, where the mighty Jinsha River surges between Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain. We trek the world-famous Tiger Leaping Gorge High Trail, and beyond the well-known Old Town and Shuhe, we step into places that have stayed wonderfully calm over the years—Baisha Village, and Xuesong Village, where the Western explorer Joseph Rock once made his base more than a century ago, now slowly returning to view.
There are countless hidden corners around Lijiang. We’ll go deeper—hiking into valleys and mountain landscapes—and explore through a blend of outdoor adventure and cultural discovery.
